We shopped for several items to see what we would spend per gallon. This is what we discovered:
Black Folgers Coffee: $.70 (excluding labor and electricity) – too bad cars don’t run on joe.
Coca-Cola (on sale, in cans): $2.00
Milk: $3.49 (without coupon)
Gasoline (lowest octane): $3.97
Tropicana Orange Juice: $6.00
Evian Spring Water: $6.40
Welch’s Grape Juice: $7.00
Budweiser: $8.87
